Design Concepts/Interiors offers residential and commercial interior design services primarily for privileged families in the New York Tri-State area and South Florida.  Founded in 1993 by Phyllis Harbinger, ASID, NYS Certified Interior Designer, the firm has grown substantially; both in size and respect earned in the NYC market.  Phyllis is president of ASID New York chapter.
